Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clear rules for cancelling your trip, slot booking payments, transfers, and how refunds are processed.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all trip bookings made on Togetha.Club, including full payments and slot booking (partial) payments. Refunds are calculated on the amount you have actually paid.
2. Cancellation by you
- 30 or more days before departure: refund of amount paid, minus ₹999 processing fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of amount paid. You may transfer your spot to another applicant we approve.
- Under 15 days before departure: no refund. Spot transfer to another approved applicant may be allowed up to 7 days before departure, at our discretion.
- To cancel, email us at hello@togetha.club with your name, batch, and payment reference.
3. Slot booking (partial payment)
If you paid only the 30% slot booking amount, the same windows above apply to that payment. The remaining balance, if not yet paid, is simply not charged if you cancel within the applicable window.
4. Verification failure
If identity or eligibility verification fails after payment, we will refund the full amount paid within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellation by Togetha
- If we cancel a batch: full refund of all amounts paid for that booking.
- If we remove you for conduct violations: no refund.
6. Force majeure
If a trip cannot proceed due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, government restriction), we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund of amounts paid.
7. Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay where possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank/UPI timelines may add additional days.
